God has answered my specific prayer that I could find happiness again after a really traumatic experience. So many people prayed with and for me that I could find peace in the turmoil.
Through the power of prayer, God has healed me in an amazing way and helped me learn who I am as a child of God. I didn’t know how I was going to keep living after what happened and I never thought I could be happy again.
It’s through prayer and God’s grace that I truly am happy and I’m excited about what the future holds. I know that it is only because of the power of prayer am I now able to use my experience to help support victims of military sexual violence, who haven’t had been blessed with the gift of healing and forgiveness to enable them to move on in the same way I have.
