How can I pray?

This is a dynamic, growing ministry and we would love to have you join with us.

We are blessed to have people from all walks of life join with us in praying for our current serving members. 

Through prayer, we long to see the incredible transforming power of God impacting the lives of those we pray for and those they serve alongside.

Prayer Support Teams

Any Regular Serving Member of the AFCU can request to be linked to the Prayer Support Team (PST). The PST consists of individuals and groups who are committed to faithfully pray for specific nominated ‘Links’ – serving individuals in HM Armed Forces. There are over 75 groups praying for over 270 serving members, based around the country who meet monthly to pray (see below). AFCU would love to increase the number of groups and have a wider geographical spread, so if there is not a group near you, why not start one?

Lunchtime Prayers

We have a group of people who meet every lunchtime from 1200 to 1230 over zoom to pray for our forces around the world, for the staff and for other relevant topics.  Please email the office if you would like further details on this zoom-based prayer initiative.
